Melanie Lowek received her Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University and her Master of Social work degree from NYU.  In the last 25 years, Melanie’s passion for families has led her to work in various settings including schools, residential treatment, community outpatient mental health, and in the family court system. Caregiving for a senior family member has provided Melanie with a deep appreciation for family caregivers. This first-hand knowledge drives her as a care manager to provide advocacy and support for caregivers and their loved ones. 

Melanie moved to Raleigh in 2019 to be closer to her family. In her free time, she enjoys quality time with her children and pets, hiking, biking, cooking delicious vegetarian meals, and traveling to the beach and mountains.
