What to expect when getting started with our services.
We offer compassionate guidance tailored to our clients’ specific situations. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that all individuals should live in the least restrictive environment possible and lead meaningful lives. This principle often becomes more crucial as we age.
Step 1:

Once you submit the contact form, we will schedule a free phone call for you to learn more about our services and for you to tell us about your situation.
Step 2:
Consultation

The first step in our process is a consultation, where you will meet our care manager and discuss how her services can best support your needs. This consultation typically lasts one to one and a half hours and can be conducted at your home, via Google Meet, or over the phone, depending on your preference. We charge a flat fee.

Service Agreement

Once the service agreement is signed there is no package or minimum amount of time you have to use our services each month. Ongoing care management looks different for each client and situation.

* For those that are aging alone, we are also available to act as Health Care Power of Attorney or Durable Power of Attorney on a case by case basis. This can be discussed during the initial phone call and consultation.
