Debbie Staton-Stehling has dedicated nearly three decades to empowering individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Mental Health Diagnosis, Senior Adult Services, and advancing Medicaid transformation across multiple states. From an early age, Debbie knew she wanted to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Her career has spanned roles with numerous IDD and mental health providers, where she has served in multiple leadership roles, and she is passionate about consistently championing dignity, respect, and independence for those she serves.
