Lisa Earp, BA

Lisa is a North Carolina native and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University. She has over 30 years of experience in the social work field. Lisa has a passion for assisting individuals and families in need and has worked with various populations, including those with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, as well as the senior population. She has worked to assist families with navigating the healthcare system and utilizing resources to promote quality of care and to improve quality of life. 

More recently, Lisa served as the Adult Home Specialist for Craven County and worked diligently to ensure the safety and quality of care for residents in long-term care communities. She also filled the role as the Special Needs Disaster Preparedness Coordinator for Craven County, which assisted with the coordination and implementation of disaster plans for individuals with disabilities, chronic conditions, and mobility limitations. 

Lisa has also served as the Vice-Chairperson for the North Carolina Adult Care Association, which is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals who live in domiciliary homes. All of this experience makes Lisa a great care manager and advocate for all of her clients. With her understanding of what “the system” should be providing, and knowing what her client’s need, she is someone you want in your corner. Lisa lives in Wilmington, NC, and enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, and spending time at Wrightsville Beach.
